I just finished closing my house with Susan’s team. (Shannon and ONS)It was a lot of work on their behalf. the process was always frustrating but the end result was successful because they are relentless on following up and communicating fiercely with the buyers and the closing company their effort Well appreciated thank you guys, good job.
Susan and her team eventually got my condo sold. It took nearly 9 months and multiple price reductions but eventually received one offer and we got a quick close with no conditions so that was a bonus. I can’t blame them for the crazy market conditions and the new President ;) Her team was very responsive and helped out to get my Comcast equipment returned since I couldn’t do it being from Canada.
She made a very professional case for her know how ability to market my apartment.
