Today, I have to give a 5-star rating. THIS IS ALL BECAUSE OF NURSE CHARNISE A. in Wound Care. She is simply amazing!! My mom has been receiving care at this office for at least a couple of months now. I went to the emergency here at Good Samaritan Hospital off of a fever, SOB, and found out I could’ve died off of my condition. Never had it before, but was scared! Nurse Moises & ER tech Katelyn McGrath went into high gear to see what was wrong with me and let me know they were doing their best! This is the company that is supposed to fulfill my Bi-PAP supplies. I cannot ever get ahold of anyone on the phone and when I do they cannot fulfill my order. It is now going on 5 months and I still cannot get new supplies and the ones I have are wearing out. Healthcare should be serious, but this organization just does not seem to care at all.

My Experience with Irina has been total frustration. I would make an appointment go to the office and it was canceled on my., She stormed out of the office while I standing there verbally screaming at someone on the phone with her foul language. I'm not surprised I'm seeing other negative reviews on this doctor. I will not be going back to this place

What a mess! I went there for a serious cat bite. I am covered by insurance but there was a balance due of $1,500.00. I received an email telling me I could pay my balance in 2 payments of $750.00 for 2 months. Since I didn't want to not eat for 2 months or skip my mortgage payments. I paid them $100.00 a month. I am now in collections. I never missed a month but I have been told my account was seriously delinquent because I didn't set up a FORMAL payment schedule. How ridiculous! This is a hospital that has staff that is solely based off race and gender and has nothing to do with qualifications. The staff in the ASHU unit and to be honest all staff needs to take a bath and wash their scrubs and stop wearing dirty crocks and slippers to work. That goes for the 9th floor and the Rehab floor. You expect visitors to wear protective stuff yet your staff looks slovenly and unkept and the lack of education and compassion is just the tip of it. I keep seeing high ratings for this hospital. It is the worst ever. If anything goes wrong they simply lie their way out of it. From the top down this is a very dangerous place to go for medical care. My personal experience with them was horrible and I would not recommend anyone take a loved one there for care.
