DO NOT RECOMMEND I went to this place for Japanese Head Spa. Firstly.. the towels they used were smelling bad. The entire process felt like it was rushed. They skipped the steaming part and upon questioning, Susan listened and simply said " Bye ..thanks for coming".. customer service and hygiene are below standards Highly disappointed
I was visiting Melbourne to see my sister, and while there, she and my niece got their haircuts. I’ve been struggling with hair loss, so we decided to visit Susan for her expertise. She and her wonderful team treated me to a hair Botox treatment, a relaxing body spa and massage, and a beautiful haircut — which made me fall in love with my hair all over again! I had a scalp detox treatment, and it was an excellent experience. Susan was very thorough, and I could feel that all the buildup and impurities on my scalp were removed. The shoulder massage was incredibly relaxing, and I appreciated the thoughtful touch of hot tea and a sweet treat at the end. I highly recommend Susan Japanese Spa.
Had the worst haircut experience for my boy. Communication was almost non-existent — felt like we weren’t being listened to at all. If you want to take a risk with your or your child’s haircut, go ahead, but my two cents — explain what you want at least three times, and then ask her to repeat it back to make sure she understood. Really disappointing experience.
Fantastic experience definitely recommended l will be going back.
