Appointments are very rear in this place even though they have lots of locations. I'm reviewing them because they screwed up my appointment which I waited for a month just to have somebody in the system cancel it again. I couldn't make my appointment so I canceled it online. Then I called a few days later to make an appointment. I'm now a week out and called to confirm and I was told that I had no appointment>>>> NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ABOUT A MONTH AGAIN....
The customer service person, Veronica, on the phone was extremely helpful & nice.
Maria in scheduling is fantastic. She know what she is doing and is very helpful.
They prepare you and explain clear to be better for the client.
The Dr and assistants were very nice and easy to work with and the pain block they performed work wonderfully
