New patient visit. After a year long battle of trying to find out what's wrong with my health i changed primary care to Dr.Goetz. I've been to specialist that blew me off, made me cry etc. Dr. Goetz listened to me explain a years worth of trouble. Did not rush me. Was the first doctor that put hands on the area to feel it. And acknowledged what she felt. She wanted all the records and scans from other doctors to look into it. I finally felt seen and heard. So far pretty happy. I'd recommend.
I was nervous about meeting Dr. Goetz; I really liked my previous primary care physician. I found Dr. Goetz to be relaxed and easy to talk to, I was establishing myself as a new patient, so that was a bonus. Dr. Goetz covered all the basics, and asked if I had any concerns. She also advised me to go to Quest for bloodwork even though I could have the blood drawn in-house and sent to Quest. She is the best.... She listen to u and she does whatever it take to help you ...no matter what's going on with u
Friendly, genuine concern for my daughter and remembered her from many years ago as a young child with lots of sickness. Today got us in for appt that was really tomorrow and I messed up the days. My child missed school today and they fit us in quickly. That was great. She has and continues to take good care of my baby who isn't a baby anymore!
Dr. Goetz and her team always provide excellent care. I’ve never had a long wait or been made to feel rushed. Dr. Goetz is thorough and compassionate and so are her nurses and PAs. Even the front desk staff is great—always helpful with paperwork and appointments.
