Be very careful before working with Susan Georgeson from Compass Real Estate. She presented herself as an experienced luxury realtor, but my experience was completely different. She was unresponsive, failed to follow through on simple requests, and seemed more interested in moving on quickly than in providing quality service. I honestly expected a lot more professionalism and communication from someone representing Dallas luxury real estate. My experience with Susan Georgeson was frustrating from start to finish. She was slow to respond to calls and emails, didn’t seem fully engaged in helping me find the right property, and often brushed off my questions. My experience with Susan Georgeson under Compass Realty was disappointing. Communication was inconsistent, and I often felt left out of important updates during the process. When issues came up, they weren’t handled promptly or professionally, which caused unnecessary stress and delays.
