Dr Susan Gross is a fabulous dentist I was a patient of Dr Gross 25 years ago and then I moved away. When I came back to the twin cities area 5 years ago I went back to her practice as she is extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, caring and spends much time with each patient. Her staff also reflects these characteristics and they truly tailor their work and practice to fit the needs of their patients!!

I have only seen Dr. Susan Gross one time so far, but in this one appointment she showed me more understanding and compassion regarding my dental issues than my past dentist of 25 years. Dr. Gross's makes the time for you, for example, the first consultation is 70 minutes long. She is an excellent dentist and explains every issue thoroughly.
