It's hard to believe this woman is still in practice! She was assigned by the court to do reunification therapy between my ex-wife and daughter. After 2 sessions with her, I realized I was dealing with someone that was biased and did not have our daughter's best interest. Not only would I never work with Susan Fletcher, I would run the other way as fast as you can and never look back! There are plenty of qualified therapists out there, search for the right one for your situation.

This women ruined my dad's life. I remember her when I was 6 and made several false claims based off of nothing I'm 30 now and I can't believe she is still doing the same stuff. She needs her liscene revoked and to be sued.

I chose and hired Susan to do my custody evaluation based on a recommendation. In my opinion she is not a good evaluator because she is thorough, and she seems to have a bias against men. She is very expensive and will not accept credit card payments. This was especially frustrating considering that as a father seeking custody I was responsible to pay for just about everything in the divorce process and needed to use a credit card but couldn't.

The worst experience I have ever had. She was unethical, unprofessional, and illegally sent clients bills for services that where not requested. Once she gets a claws into you she will withhold information until she is paid. I can't believe she is still licensed. She tends to do court ordered evaluations this way you can't sue her for malpractice or for surprise billing.
