Susan is both personable and professional. I have confidence in her ability to provide the correct treatment for my condition.
The staff was very vague with information, did not send over orders for X-ray likely they were suppose to, ran late in the appt, very condescending in the appt. Made me feel like I was wasting her time.
If you want a Doctor who never returns a phone call, is always late and doesn't care if you get well or not, in my opinion, then Sweat should be your doctor. I wouldn't recommend her for a dead dog.....
If you never want to be called back, does care what your problems are. Nasty as she can be and a terrible doctor on top of it then you want Dr. Sweat. Personally I wouldn't even send a dead dog to her...
This is my long term urologic group, however it was my first time w/Dr Sweat. I had my 1st kidney stone, along with a raging infection. I was admitted by ambulance through the ER over Christmas weekend. The urologic surgeon was terrific, but Dr Sweat followed up and was ready to discharge me within 24 hours. She told me I needed to stretch and do side bends to ease the pain. I was readmitted within 24 hours, and kept for 3 more days. She’s brusk, dismissive, uncaring and rude.
I have only had one meeting with Dr Sweat so far, but she was far from rude or condesending . She took the time to answer all of my questions, even though they kind of worked me in on my appt. and I know she had to be short on time. I found her pleasant and knowledgable. I would recommend her
Saw Dr Sweat with bladder issues and came to find out it was a bladder stone. Dr. Sweat was very professional and took the time to explain everything that was going on and what it would take to solve problem. From the initial visit through surgery and follow ups, Dr Sweat was always on point and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Very empathetic, friendly, and funny. Very down to earth for a Dr. Made things a whole easier. Highly recommend.
I would NEVER recommend her to anyone. Ever. For any reason.
This was the most condescending person that I have ever met. She told my wife to stop being so fat and not to have diabetes anymore! When I tried to discuss some online research about my wife's condition with her, she interrupted me to accuse all of my research with biased nonsense. (I got my information from mayoclinic.org, where she has previously worked!) She was VERY unhelpful, rude, and never even allowed us to discuss our feelings or concerns about my wife's issue.
