Dr. Heifetz is an excellent Dr. she really takes the time to talk her patients and patient’ concerns. She calls you personally with any diagnosis. She answer any questions you may have and any concerns. She takes actions quickly of patient’s health issues. Highly recommended. She will treat you with dignity.
Dr.Heifetz is an excellent doctor who listens carefully and addresses all issues. I couldn’t ask for a better experience after seeing her for close to 10 years.

Dr. Heifetz has been my primary care physician for approximately 8 years. She is extremely thorough in her examinations. She takes extra time to listen and take good notes. She is very practical and has a no-nonsense approach to treatments. Yes, sometimes the wait time is longer than I would like, but that is only because she does not rush through her appointments just to keep the schedule. She takes the appropriate amount of time with each appointment, and to me that is more important than getting out early ??
Dr Susan Heifetz is thorough, Caring and listened to my concerns. My very first visit I was in Afib and never been diagnosed before. She promptly referred me to a Cardiologist where I found Dr. Kabra another Caring doctor who cares and listens. L
Horrible, I went to her office today and she made me wait one hour and 20 minutes to see her. My appointment was at 10:30 and 11:50 I was still waiting. I knocked on the door and told her it was unacceptable to wait a patient wait that long. I also work full time. I will never go back to see her again. If you value your time I would not see this doctor.
Dr. Heifetz is a caring, motivated, highly professional doctor who I was lucky enough to find! I had switched doctors at a time I needed medical attention and was having a hard time getting my former doctor to listen to me. Dr. Heifetz answered the call of duty and ordered the tests I needed to put me back on a path of health again. Thank God! I feel much better since being under the care of Dr. Heifetz!!
Dr. Heifetz is a very involved physician. She has called me personally on a number of occasions to update me on test results. She does not hesitate to refer to other specialists. I consistently have all of my questions answers by her.
