Dr. Capelle is the most experienced, highly skilled urogynecologist practicing in West Virginia. If you have bladder leakage problems, she is the physician and surgeon that you want to see. Her clerical staff is efficient. Her Physician Assistants and nurses are the best. I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Susan Capelle and her medical and surgical practice.
Wait time was ridiculous. Sent upstairs and put in a room where I waited for an hour for the doctor to show up.
I saw Chelsea the nurse practitioner. She was very sweet and empathetic. She thought outside the box, and was determined to better help me with my issue. The wait time was very short, in fact I was upstairs to see the her within 5 minutes and put into a room within 10 minutes total (walking in the door, checking in, and vitals.) Super fast staff, and very courteous. I would recommend them to anyone!
The office staff and policy are less than desirable. I don't recommend for anyone to seek quality care here. After three appointments and extreme frustration I called a different Dr. who solved my issue the very next day. This office/staff made it clear the primary concern was insurance and billing and not patient care. Even though my procedure was covered at 100%, they wanted to wait for "mail" from ins. I never did see Dr. Cappelle, even though that is who I made the appointment with.
Won't go back-first and last visit. Waited almost an hour while listening to staff discuss their personal life stories. Three patients waiting- no emergencies and rude staff when asked if the doctor was in and if there was an emergency.
I found this physician extremely rude and short with me. She seemed very offended by my simple questions. Did not give thorough exam. Will never return and do not recommend her to others.
She answered my questions but seemed surprised that I had so many questions. The time it took to get my prescription was ridiculous. Although it was the month over Christmas break it took about a month to get my prescription. The third week on Thursday they told me they mailed it to me on Monday. Why they wouldn't just call it in The fourth week no prescription I called back and asked them to call it in. I had told them I had tendency for yeast infection, she didn't suggest diflucan esp. Poor
