My lab got an ear infection out of no where. They were able to see him quick. Treated his ear and addressed other issues he's been having like non stop itching. Pricing was fair. Everyone in the office was great. Will efficacy be bring my dogs here from now on. Thank you guys for helping my dog he feels lots better and is happy again.
Honestly lost me as a client. Not communicating and being transparent is a huge thing for anything and to do with my animals is even worse. Blantly saying one thing to my husband face and to tell me another is ridiculous. As for the difference in pricing should be communicated upfront.
