We used RedHills for years until yesterday. We got a quote on what it will cost for my 2 dogs to get rabies and the Bordetella. $150! “We have proof!”It would be around $100ish with the points we had. Up front, it was $302 before points and $250.50 after! You should not be charging us a 2 office exam per dog when it’s all one appoinment. We have never been charged for 2! Had an emergency; RHVH wouldn’t accept an emergency immediate appt & wanted to charge $115 for an emergency exam fee. I tried to explain our situation, but was frequently rudely interrupted. Other clinic got us in immediately, no xtra fee, & were very friendly, accommodating & professional.
