Susan was brilliant. She was recommended to us and lived up to every letter of the recommendation. We sold our land within 30 days, and we got what we wanted. She immediately got aerial photography and signs up, even before we signed the contract to hire her. Her suggested price was spot on, as it was a good price and sold very quickly. Susan was wonderful to work with on buying our home in Virginia! Made sure we saw everything available even if we couldn’t be there in person, she videoed it for us so we didn’t miss out in this fast paced market. Eventually, we found the right home and she still works with us to ensure everything is right, whether that’s giving recommendations for services or contacting the sellers agent for something. She was excellent and I plan on using her in the future!
Susan was amazing. We were moving from out of state and were in town for 4 days to look at rental properties.
