Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them Was this dermatologist's staff friendly? Not Really Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't Would you recommend this dermatologist to others? Absolutely Not Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Would you recommend this dermatologist to others? I Already Have Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

No, I don't think so Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes

Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Yes, they seemed very qualified Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located

Would you recommend this dermatologist to others? Yes Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.
