If I were writing this review five or ten years ago, it would be glowing, but not anymore. I don’t know what has happened to her since her practice was bought by a “medical group,” but her compassion, her skills, and willingness to listen and offer help have plummeted to bottom-of-the barrel. She doesn’t even pretend to care. I would not recommend anyone waste their time expecting help from her now. What a loss. All she seems able to do anymore is refer patients to a specialist. I feel my issues aren’t heard unless I agree and accept her opinion. I do not believe she hears me because I’m not being the GOOD PATIENT she’s used to??
Sue and her staff are very concerned about each individual patient, both as a patient and as a person. They are very thorough and helpful. Jennifer at the front has a positive friendly helpful attitude.

Review-Susan Albrights staff Dessy, Jennifer etc...As well as Susan Albright, A year later I'm still seeing Susan Albright, not only is she the most outstanding Nurse Practioner EVER, but her STAFF is AMAZING TOO! Her Nurse, "Dessy," is always kind, caring, personable & has a laid back, easy going personality...She's always thorough & a bright spot to greet you! Jennifer Schedules & is always sweet & on top of things! Thanks Susan for continuing to be the most outstanding practitioner ever!
I have been going to Susan Albright for several years. She always listens well and you never feel rushed. She really cares about her patients. I have recommended her to several people including co-workers and everyone has been very happy with her. Her office staff is great too and they have early hours which works great for my work schedule. I highly recommend Susan Albright.
Very accommodating NP. I can often get same day appointments sometimes with a NP that is there for urgent visits but it helps keep me out of urgent care or the hospital. My whole family goes there and we couldn't be more pleased with the care we get from Sue and her staff. Thank goodness for our earth angels.
Never trust this woman. She says whatever is convenient and she has little real interest in her fellow man.
I Have seen Susan Albright for years! She is fantastic! She is very patient, kind, caring, personable and VERY GOOD AT WHAT SHE DOES!!! She is very KNOWLEDGEABLE and is a also a good listener. She is willing to go the extra mile to find whats ailing you. I highly recommend her!!! She is top notch! Red Rock Debby.
