I've seen several endocrinologists over the years, but Dr. Susan Ahern is by far the best. She's incredibly caring, easy to talk to, and really takes the time to listen and explain things in a way that makes sense. I always feel like she truly cares about me and my health, not just my lab results. She's knowledgeable, kind, and genuine - I feel so fortunate to have found her.
Dr Ahern has been a great support to me over the past several years and has helped me stabilize on the right treatment for my body. She is kind, open minded, patient and takes time to listen to your concerns and to answer any questions via UCLA portal despite her busy schedule. I highly recommend her!
