My experience with her was wonderful. She was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional, yet relaxed and easy to talk to. Susan is a great communicator AND listener. She didn't seem bored while she listened to what I had to say, and I could tell that what I said registered... She was actually listening and not simply waiting for me to shut up so she could repeat her last suggestion. I give her 5 stars.
