Dr. Susan Charboneau was friendly and did an excellent job of explaining things to me. She was very helpful in answering any questions I had. She is an excellent surgeon.
Everything went wonderfully, from check in to discharge. It was very nice to see the admin people work together to resolve some process issues with my registration. They were kind and patient. Our experience with Danny, our nurse and Jen Who came into prep me for IVs and medication was amazing. They really helped to make me feel relaxed and cared for. They answered questions were patient and made the whole experience. Really fun. Well, as fun as surgery can be :-)
Dr. Charbaneau was very attentive. I felt I was well taken care of.
