I have all the confidence in the world and Dr. Charboneau. She explained everything thoroughly. She was practically an artist with her surgery with minimal scarring and has the most wonderful Bedside manner. I would recommend her to anyone. She is amazing.
Dr. Charboneau provided me with excellent professional care. From the initial consultation to the pre- and post-surgery visits, Dr. Charboneau offered clear simple explanations that were delivered warmly while sharing possible negative side effects. In addition, she provided a very thorough informational packet that included facts, issues, and recommendations regarding my surgical procedure, which I found very helpful and reassuring.
Doctor Charboneau was friendly, kind, and very helpful. I was glad that she was able to fit me in on such short notice! She was exceptional.
I enjoyed the professionalism and friendliness of the entire operative team at St. Mary’s. My operation was fully explained ahead of time and went smoothly. Kudos to the whole crew.
What a wonderful and caring surgeon. She was following my progress through the testing phase very closely and was ready with a surgical date the day the final results came in. And she was in close communication with the radiologist and a plan was in the works before I even knew.
