I use Survey Solutions exclusively. Whenever I need a survey-no matter what kind-I receive it in no later than one weeks time.residential surveys usually arrive within 24-48 hour of my request. Construction staking!? Within a few hours at most. My only complaint is that I always need to gather the engineering and architectural CAD drawings unless we use their engineers. But I’ve never had a survey company go above and beyond the way they do. Highly recommend.
Despite constant phone calls after accepting a down payment to conduct a survey of a property in Channelview, Texas, Richard has not responded to numerous status inquiries. Accordingly, we will take him to small claims court in order to be made whole. If Richard's company was the last survey company on earth, you would be better off teaching yourself how to survey rather than dealing with this charlatan.
