Good clinic, but double-check your booking if you have an ICBC case This is a good clinic overall, but I want to share a major scheduling issue we experienced to warn others. I specifically called ahead to ask the receptionist for a concussion/vestibular physiotherapist. Because it was an open ICBC case, they confirmed they had a vestibular physiotherapist. I had such a wonderful experience when I came to the clinic from Texas for PoNS therapy. Everyone at the clinic was so very kind. I wish I lived near and going to the clinic was part of my weekly routine! I hope to return one day! If you have a chance to go here, take it! You won't regret it.
Sandeep is an excellent physio. He did a thorough assessment of my arm and shoulder injury and was very patient and professional.
