I witnessed a mentally ill person get tackled by 3 security guards. She wasn't doing anything except screaming in pain.
They’re now using patient rooms in emerg as a 3rd waiting area for groups of up to 8 people. This is SMH -Shaking My Head ; what a fitting acronym for this hospital. Seems like there’s only one doctor to see over 100 people that enter and wait 24hours or more before leaving.
