What a disgrace. Cutting peoples clothing off. Keeping them exposed in a hallway for hours. Discharging them at 430 am with no ride home, no offer for a cab voucher, no offer for clothes oh and don’t forget your party favour, you get to go home with a needle in your arm! Real stand up job guys. 10/10 for failing your patients
Worst service I have ever received from any service provider. We came to Surrey Memorial ER before 7:00 pm, and it’s now 4:00 am — 9 hours later — and my wife still hasn’t seen a doctor. No updates, no communication, nothing. This is not emergency care, it’s neglect.
Surrey Memorial Hospital ER continues to disappoint. The front desk and triage nurses show little empathy and act as if speaking to patients is a burden. It feels like they’re doing you a favour just by acknowledging you—this is their job, and patients deserve better. If staff can’t treat people with compassion, they should reconsider working in healthcare. Every visit here has been a negative experience.
