Worst birth experience imaginable. Avoid this clinic. As a first-time mom, my concerns were repeatedly dismissed despite days of contractions. Midewife Anna Tripple didn't take my birth serious, I called many times to have some guidance. Not really helpful. Our experience with Surrey Mama Midwifery was very positive. This was my very first baby, and I was so excited to be accepted into this practice, as it was exceptionally difficult to secure a spot with other midwifery clinics I had applied to. Throughout my pregnancy, we saw several midwives, and the care we received from Yvonne, Alison, Andrea, and Mojhan was incredible. I recently had my second baby with Surrey Mama Midwifery. The new location is nice and comfortable. However, compared to my first pregnancy, I noticed more delays — I often waited 30–60 minutes without notice or apology, which was frustrating since parking is timed and paid. Throughout my visits, I also found that midwives would sometimes ask repeated questions that should have already been reviewed in my profile. I had a very good experience with the entire team! From my very first visit, the clinic atmosphere was incredibly friendly and calming, which made such a difference throughout my pregnancy journey. The entire team of midwives is clearly exceptionally well-trained and professional. I felt truly supported every step of the way, receiving great support during both my pregnancy and labor. Choosing Mama Midwifery was something I would do a million times over. My pregnancy was an IVF pregnancy after many losses so I was chronically anxious throughout. Mojgan and team took such good care of me throughout. Visits in the clinic felt very personal and never felt rushed.
