Those buildings are crawling with bedbugs, be very careful not to rent here
They are currently raising they rent here yearly at an illegal rate. Crazy, homestead can just break any tenant law they want. Also gave 1 day notice to clear balcony for 7 months with no acess. So to sum it up if your looking good for a 1 bedroom for over 2000 a month then you have found your next home. They next generation to moved out of the nest is doomed. will be moving shortly
I wish I could give negative star marking. The staff is very rude with tenants. They start shouting and fighting when you call them for help. I complained, sent email too on their official email id but no action was taken Seriously very disappointing. Please think twice before moving here. We too are going yo leave soon. The behaviour of the staff when he visited pur home after several request was disrespectful. He shouted on us in our home . We were really afraid No action taken even after complaining officially
this place is great if you love cockroaches and predatory management companies! seriously, the cockroach infestation here is absolutely vile and if you try to move out they’ll hit you with all sorts of illegal fees
If I could give a negative rating, I would, but anyway, this is the worst place to live. If you are a new tenant, STAY AWAY. All of the buildings are infested with roaches. I am scheduled for my 11th pest control treatment, and half the time, you have to empty your entire kitchen for chemical treatments.
