Rent at your own risk There are ants, cockroaches and other pest issues, cigarette smoke regularly coming into the common areas, and ongoing maintenance problems that seem to never actually get resolved. The other reviews say it all, poor management, cockroach infections constantly. I wish more tenants would speak up because these buildings are horrendous.
Do yourself a favour - don't come anywhere near this hell-hole. The office staff are disrespectful and useless (when they are there which is seldom), the infrastructure is so old it is highly problematic. I've experienced: sewerage floods in the underground parking and left for weeks, power outages, regular water shutdowns, luke warm water in winter, smelly carpets and the passages stink of food and smoke (no aircon) so you can't have visitors, massive noisy recladding construction project that they knew about but did not te... read more
