If I could give a negative rating, I would, but anyway, this is the worst place to live. If you are a new tenant, STAY AWAY. All of the buildings are infested with roaches. I am scheduled for my 11th pest control treatment, and half the time, you have to empty your entire kitchen for chemical treatments. The refrigerator and gas stove are infested with roaches — even the furniture as well. When I requested a different treatment method, they denied the request. Kids from these buildings will steal your child's bikes and scooters from the park super dirty and smells like B.O in common areas supers smoke weed in non smoking buildings

I moved into this building in 2017, it seemed like the perfect place, it was a sort walk to my parents and a bus ride away from work the rent wasn’t bad especially because it included utilities unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews before I moved in not after long the problems started I noticed millions of tiny ants not a problem, I called and got pest control to spray all is good right?
