Dr. P is amazing but the office is a mess. Firstly, it took over six months to get the initial appointment and that ended up being rescheduled a few times, so the total wait time ended up being around 8/9 months, By then the problem I had been referred for had resolved on its own. After the first visit, a second follow up was booked, which again was rescheduled and booked a week and a half later after the original date. Horrible experience here. Waited almost 2 hours for the doctor to come back from lunch only for her to not even bother testing me and completely dismissed me. Find out from the website that what I was experiencing is supposedly one of her areas of interest. What a joke!
Did a very basic poke test. Not knowledgeable about EDS or Mast Cell activation disorders. Dismissive. I actually came to change the 2 star for a 1 star. This appointment cost us so much and was worse than useless because of what it cost us. The eye drops they suggested cost $60 so completely useless for us
I had an appointment with doctor Arun and had a very good experience. The staffs are really friendly and there is plenty of parking at the back side of the clinic.
Dr. Arun Dhir was amazing! He improved my asthma and my life completely changed! Thank you so much.
