Claude Surratt is a con artist. A liar and a thief. He hire me as a sub bounced checks, late payments is just the tip of thee iceberg. He still owes me $2,792 dollars that he refuse to pay after the completion of the job. I ADVISE ANYONE CONSIDERING SURRATT INC TO STAY AWAY.
