Todd is fantastic at networking and advertising your home. My husband was really skeptical about selling our home. He assumed we would need to do some upgrades and he also thought we wouldn't get nearly as much as our realtor was listing for. We ended up getting 5k over our asking price. Todd was great to work with! Though we weren’t successful in selling the home speedily that may have had to do with the timing of our home going on the market.
We bought a house almost 3 years ago and Todd was our agent. I was not impressed with how he handled our purchase at all. We found the house ourselves and he collected his $5k commission yet he never even sent a congratulatory card, gift, not anything for us using him. He’s a vet and I wanted to like him and make a good post yet he did not do good by us at all, he didn’t even make sure we had all the keys to the doors as there was 2 different locks, so out of 3 doors we only have the key to the front door.
