I’ve been a regular, loyal, and paying customer at this nail salon for a long time, but my most recent visit was incredibly disappointing and upsetting. They did a poor job on my nails, and when I politely asked for it to be fixed, I was told they didn’t have time. 2 stars because the service was okay . But the guy at the front desk needs math lessons for sure as he does not know what a 10+8 is to which he answered 19 and the frown he had on his face during the entire conversation says a lot about the kind of customer service provided here.

If I could give ten stars, I would. I have been to numerous places for pedicures for the last 15 years and no one has ever gotten my very dry very cracked heels as clean as Phuong. I’ve been going to her for the last two years now. Will never go to anyone else. This woman has magic hands, honestly. I always leave feeling ten pounds lighter. She’s also one of the sweetest women I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. I would recommend her to any and everyone.

Jenny is the best nail tech there! She is kind, outgrowing and of course good at her job. She did a french tip with a flower design and it came out so good. Honestly wasn’t gonna come back after I got my nails done by someone else in the store, but after I booked with her I only come for her!
