The nails products used in this store is very cheap, why is my supposed acrylic nails peeling off and pulling out in less than 2 weeks of getting my nails done.This was a total waste of time,it’s my first and last time going there. Y’all need to work on your services

Nice service but quality isn't there. Nails lifted and designs sub-par. So loud in their language.

I’ve been a regular, loyal, and paying customer at this nail salon for a long time, but my most recent visit was incredibly disappointing and upsetting. They did a poor job on my nails, and when I politely asked for it to be fixed, I was told they didn’t have time. What shocked me most was that the owner was sitting right there, fully aware of the situation, and did absolutely nothing to help. 2 stars because the service was okay . But the guy at the front desk needs math lessons for sure as he does not know what a 10+8 is to which he answered 19 and the frown he had on his face during the entire conversation says a lot about the kind of customer service provided here.
