They're the most tow happy people you'll ever have to deal with , my friend is dealing with their mess in addition to this pandemic, it's sad they are people like that in this world that only think profit.

Half the gym equipment is broken, the theater room chairs are broken, the dock has 50 piles of goose poo on it, repair requests don't get addressed for weeks or months, there's cars and trucks getting broken into every week, the pool has been closed for the entire 2 years we've lived here, the community bbq's are extremely dirty and there's no propane in any of them, shall I continue? Y'all know it's not cool what's going on here.....

Poor management! There are multiple things wrong with how they treat their tenants, paperwork is never filed correctly, and tenants have to suffer because of it!

RecommendedWasn’t a great start when it came to move in- but overall everything ended up getting worked out. Grounds are nice, front office Kenya and Haley are great to talk to. Upon moving in, their was a lot of things that were not to my standard- however they did address them- they sent Eddie out to fix things, and he is truly a gem. It’s hard to find great maintenance guys but he was awesome.
