Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Did this OBGYN knock before entering the exam room? Yes, and waited for me to answer before coming in

Are you going to visit this provider again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Dr. Surosky, was the worst physician, if that's what you want to call him, that I have ever come in contact with. My sister was put through the most horrifying experience that was completely un-nessesary and unprofessional. Without getting into too many details, Dr. Surosky thought he could "save time' by having my sister deliver her 16 week old baby rather than scheduling a complete D&C. Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Was this OBGYN able to answer all of your obstetric or gynecological questions? No, they didn't seem to know much Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat

Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
