New roof The two roofers came each day and got right to work. At the end of day they cleaned up everything, leaving very little mess. The new roof looks amazing. They even added extra solar fan vents, and now our upstairs is cooler than years past.

Gutter, Fascia board Downspout repair I had a rotting Fascia board area due to a leak in the hidden gutter. I had to look for fair price, prompt & good workmanship. Surlang Roofing was recommended to me by another company that did not do hidden gutters. I thought I would have to wait a long time due to Covid 19. After 2 weeks I had an estimate! Roofing My 91 year old mother got a new roof from SurLang Roofing a few years ago. When a problem developed on a downspout she called SurLang because she felt she could trust them. Although it was not a usual job, a staff member said he would stop by when in the area. He fixed the problem easily in just a few minutes, and refused any payment. Hall ceiling leak I called Surlang Roofing, after the Strata was given an estimate of $5000 Within 2 hours Bryon sent Scotty over to inspect and offer an estimate .... During his close inspection he spotted the cause ! A faulty eaves trough to the atrium. The professional dryer for the interior and up the ladder to fix the roof . Quick & professional !! Awesome Sales and Timely completion of Job I was given a written quote along with shingle sample choices and time required to complete the job. Work was scheduled sooner than initially estimated and was completed quickly and efficiently once started. Clean up and waste was removed the day after work had finished. Job well done.
