I highly recommend this company. The assistant technician in particular was a really cool dude. He climbed up on our roof to do the dryer vent cleaning, and I asked him to give me before and after pictures and he was nice enough to record a video while working. That is what I call good customer service.
Mike and Delmo were very courteous, punctual and professional. Before they started cleaning my coils, they went over how the hvac system in our home operated which gave me a better understanding of the pricing. It's been 7 hours since the cleaning and both me and my wife can tell a noticeable difference in air quality. I would like to thank you gentlemen - you've made a big difference.
Over the past few weeks our allergies were getting out of hand and we thought it was time to finally get our air ducts cleaned. I tried doing it myself but didn't have the equipment or the skills to do a legitimately solid job, so I hired All States to take care of business for me and they did a wonderful job. Have a 3500 sq foot property that desperately needed cleaning. Air ducts weren't clean so we hired All States Air Duct Pro, and they did a great job cleaning everything. Great service.
A buddy of mine from futbol recommended this company after I told him that mum vents were leaking a black substance. I called this company, inquired about the service, and they came out the same day to do an inspection. The price given was fair enough for me to say yes and the rest is history...ducts and vents are cleaned, and we got rid of that foul smell. Best part about this company was their honesty. They were fair. No shady stuff or adding extra costs last minute.
