This place has really gone down hill since Dr. Suringa retired. Hope Dr, Kane knows how his office staff treats its patients. Emergent care for an existing patient should never be scheduled out over 6 weeks out. Shame on you, I scheduled elsewhere instead, at a different office as a new patient they wanted to see me asap due to my situation. Take notes & do better people.
I have been a patient of Dr Suringa for around 8 years. Personally I enjoy my appointment. I never feel rushed he takes time with each patient. I do try for early morning appointments because he gets behind as the day progress. Waiting is a small price to pay for an attentive physician.
I have visited Dr. Suringa's office 4-5 times. I believe he is a good doctor and he has a good personality. Unfortunately, his office is not well-managed. Every time I have visited, I have been kept waiting a minimum of 45 minutes before even seeing a nurse or doctor. The last time I went, I waited for almost 90 minutes before walking out the door never to return
Dr. Suringa and his staff are very personable people to work with. The doctor is exceptional in his field. He's worked with me for 30+years. I couldn't recommend him more highly.
