I have been a patient of Dr Suringa for around 8 years. Personally I enjoy my appointment. I never feel rushed he takes time with each patient. I do try for early morning appointments because he gets behind as the day progress. Waiting is a small price to pay for an attentive physician.
I have visited Dr. Suringa's office 4-5 times. I believe he is a good doctor and he has a good personality. Unfortunately, his office is not well-managed. Every time I have visited, I have been kept waiting a minimum of 45 minutes before even seeing a nurse or doctor. The last time I went, I waited for almost 90 minutes before walking out the door never to return
Dr. Suringa and his staff are very personable people to work with. The doctor is exceptional in his field. He's worked with me for 30+years. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

I like the Dr. But, I scheduled an appt last week for 10:30 AM and waited until 12:00 Pm without getting called. I finally went to the front desk and asked how much longer I would need to wait. The answer was -'at least 30 min'. I left and found another doctor. I know that things happen and schedules change but waiting over 2 hours for a scheduled appointment is ridiculous. Why not tell the patient at check-in that the Dr. is running late? Complete disrespect for the patients.
