I haven’t even gotten the work done yet but I just wanted to leave a review of the HVAC Guy that came out to my house James Howerton, he was great. He figured out the problem extremely quickly and his customers service was amazing I’ll definitely be requesting him anytime I have work done with Surgi.

I will not be supporting any of these corrupt corporate a/c companies. Branden Plaisance came to my home to give a diagnosis on why my a/c wasn’t cooling, this took him about 7 mins. Before this he was informing me about his 20year professional expertise in this industry. He came to a conclusion on the issue then he displayed 3 options on an iPad on services he could provide ranging from $1700-3600.
