Mr. James Howerton was very very knowledgeable of what my problem was. With my HVAC system. He diagnosed the problem and was very thorough in fixing it. He knows his craft. It’s good to have someone who can come in and provide that level of service to customers. Good job!!!!!
Older a/c unit went out. Received an estimate. Complete system was installed the next day. Install technicians came as promised. Took all packaging and older unit when they left. Technicians (Ceaser) was extremely courteous. Thanks Surgi's
Do NOT use Surgi’s AC (Southern Air)!! They are crooks and totally wasted my time and I’m still waiting for them to refund my money. Eddie gave me a quote to move my condenser, $3763 but I could get a $513 “discount” for getting a membership with them ($239 for 2 AC PM’s a year) which came out to $3249. So I paid $239 to get membership and then they send a new quote and voila! No discount. They also charged me $89 for “service call” to come give me estimate to do work which they didn’t tell me about when I called. (My unit w... read more
The main ladies @ the office, were amazing!!! Very responsive & helpful!!!! Our technician, Fernando, went above and beyond hisself to get our AC working, as I have my 86 yo grandmother living with me, 90 degrees inside wasn’t ideal. THANK YOU GUYS SO SO MUCH!!!!
