I’ve been very pleased with Souther Air NOLA (Surgi’s). Friendly, friendly service from phone contact and technician. I feel confident my heating and air needs are being met.
Called and only an AI voice bot answered offering very limited options and allowing no flexibility on available service times. I had to pass on selection and asked for call back, which never occurred. Unfortunately, the lack of human contact prevented any help from this company.
We had 4 different companies come out to give us quotes for a new AC. Troy with Surgi’s was straight forward and a pleasure to work with, and he didn’t waste our time getting to a price we were happy with.
