Fernando was a professional, thorough, unexplained to me the shortcomings of our systems. One of the units was in an area that was difficult to access and he did it with aplomb And a smile. When asking for service from his company, request him and you will not be sorry. I have my own grievances about the company itself, but not of the technicians visit.
