Very knowledgeable, courteous, answered all of my questions, explained what he was talking about. Two UV lights were not included with the ductwork on the truck, they were missed on the work order and neither Lincoln nor Thomas were even aware that the lights were part of the install. They were about to wrap up the work when I asked about the lights. Lincoln called and got things straightened out, went to the shop, came back with the lights, installed them and got them inspected. Tommy was a very knowledgeable and helpful technician. Would highly recommend his services.
David was prompt and on time. He looked at my kitchen faucet which stopped working. I replaced the batteries but it looked like due to mildew the cable has gone bad, sadly for me I’ll have to reach out to the manufacturer for a replacement or purchase a new one. In the meantime I have no water in my kitchen and have been unable to reach the manufacturer.
