I'm so sad to have to write this review. Surgicare was great with my actual care. Everyone was professional, competent, and I felt safe and cared for. However, the failure of their billing management and apathy towards fixing their own mistake is unacceptable. My procedure was preventative and 100% covered under my insurance with no out of pocket expense for myself. I had the procedure in February 2025 and Surgicare's billing coded it incorrectly as diagnostic instead of preventative. I received a $300+ bill and had to ca... read more
