I called them to schedule an appointment for a surgery. After I gave them my name, my insurance etc, they let me know they don’t take in new patients. I told them before spelling my name that I am new patient yet they still asked me to give the first, last name, insurance... The secretary wrote all my info down and let me know afterwards that no new patients are accepted. Go figure! Maybe they didn’t like my name. (It’s of foreign origins). What a waste of time!
