Waste of time!! Receptionists are completely inept at their jobs. The whole time before I even showed up, I gave them all my insurance information to give me a specific amount for copay/deductible/coinsurance. They tell me just the specialist copay of $25. I show up and they hit me with a $241 up front cost! Will definitely never use this provider again. I'd rather pay for Dr. NOW 😆
Had a procedure today and the experience was amazing. Every staff member was very skilled, empathetic, supportive respectful and professional. Believe me there were quite a few. They all , to a person worked together like a well rounded team from intake on. I felt like they all cared and went out of their way to be sure I was taken care of and comfortable.
Dr. Du and Team are very Professional, Respectful and Kind. You will be hard pressed to find a more knowledgeable, Patient Focused Dr./Surgeon than Dr.Du. I trust him in my care and I recommend You should as well.
The best staff and doctors are here!! Dr Du and his staff are caring with the BEST bedside manner not mention funny. They will make you feel comfortable and at ease. I would highly recommend!! You will not be disappointed
Everyone on staff were very professional and communicated well with me. Waiting time was far too long. Dr. Chaugle was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend him.
