I was referred by my PCP and scheduled an appointment with Dr. James. At my appointment, I was seen by a PA and a student or intern, but not Dr. James. After the consultation, I was sent for an ultrasound and instructed to call back afterward to schedule a follow-up. I saw dr. James and the fist time I told her I just wanted my peristoma fixed. She mention having a reversal inside of me. I explained to her that the surgeon that performed the ostomy said I was not a candidate for a reversal. She said fine and second time i went for info about my surgery she said to me: or aI do a reversal or I don't do a thing, (!!!!) didn't matter that the doctor that performed the ostoma said I was not a candidate for a reversal. Sh wouldn't listen. So I turned around and left. Truly a bad experience!
The surgical staff were/are all extremely friendly, professional and made me feel safe for my surgery. I wish I could say the same for anyone I have spoken to when I call.
Very professional and courteous, listened well and explained what would be done, very pleased with my first visit with the doctor.
Clear , succinct , with complete information. Clinic was clean and staffed with professional and skilled nursing.
