This review is on the staff, not Dr. James. Setting appointments even for follow up after surgery is tense, stressful and the staff makes you feel unwelcomed. Their demeanor is rude and very aloof. Tiffany at reception is not knowledgeable nor does her research prior to appointment time. I was told my insurance was inactive upon entering for my appointment at 3:20.
