My surgery went great and I'm healing fine. However my issue is that I've had a ton of trouble with doctor organ's office sending my insurance company my medical records. I'm currently on a leave of absence due to my surgery from work and in order to get paid for my leave of absence my medical records need to be submitted. After my surgery it took 3 weeks for them initially to send my paperwork and in that time I was not paid. Dr. Organ is great! He takes his time to explain everything to you, he's incredibly knowledgable, and he has a great bedside manner. I interviewed a few surgeons prior to my procedure and I'm extremely glad I went with Dr. Organ.
Dr Organ is certainly one of the best. I had an emergency colostomy about 10 days ago. I've only been home for 3 days now. I'm already up and doing things I didn't expect to do so quickly. I know that it is a testament to the care shown for my body during surgery. The biggest thing I want to acknowledge about Dr Organ is that he is very surgical with his words (pun intended). This doctor is among the top in my book. He performed several surgeries on my husband after complications came about after my husband had a quadruple heart bypass. He talked me through it, walked me through it and always took the time out to make sure I was taking care of me. Great man, great doctor and I would recommend him to anyone. Because of him, my husband is alive today.
