Horrible front office staff. I dont understand why these people have such bad attitudes, for no reason. Can't even smile at people or say welcome. My appointment got rescheduled 3 times! And getting ahold of somone took forever. I hate these places the people just don't care about you.
Update: Still no callback from Family Healthcare Network! Horrible care! I'm still waiting to find out when my mom's surgery will be rescheduled and why it was canceled in the first place and why nobody has called me back! This is horrible patient care and the lack common courtesy, and professionalism! I haven't had an excellent experience so far. As my mother's advocate, I can't get anyone to return my calls. I haven't had an excellent experience so far. As my mother's advocate, I can't get anyone to return my calls. My mom has been waiting eight months to have surgery since she has been cleared. Her surgery was scheduled for March 12, 2025, and when she called on the Thursday before March 6, 2025, they told her it was canceled with no explanation. My surgeon is great ! His staff has no clue to what they are doing ! I’ve been waiting for therapy since September 2024. This is not the first time this has happened ! I was in bed for 5 months unable to walk and when it was ok for me to do therapy with my walker to learn how to walk again., I had so much trouble getting the staff to complete the Doctors order for my walker. This started bad already. They called me two days before my appt to tell me they had to reschedule to a later time and they scheduled without asking me first and it took me more than three months to get in. Now that I’m reading the reviews there’s many bad ones. I’m having second thoughts about going in.
