Horrible software, broken and sold anyway
Dictation and scan chart is sufficient however coders are horrible- coding support is even worse! Dont dare question your own account!! I would keep looking!
Our transcriptions are always typed and coded within 24 hours. If there are any clarifications needed, the queries are sent withing 24 hours, and are very concise (a necessity when tracking down a physician and getting them to read anything). The customer service and our account rep are absolutely amazing, and are extremely quick in their responses. Also, SN just integrated with HST, which is extremely exciting for our ASC as we utilize both.
Surgical Notes has a polite and helpful staff and a quick turnaround for operative reports!

Customer service is slow, but they do usually get the job done. Our office has used multiple products from Surgical Notes over several years.
