Their refund process sucks big time. Getting them to return your calls is unacceptable for a professional business. If I wouldn't have been paying attention to my insurance company statement, this company would probably have kept the $839.77 refund due to us for the cataract surgery that was done at the Iowa City Ambulatory Surgery Center on Northgate Drive.
