Cataract surgery went well. The staff was friendly and efficient. Wait times were not unreasonable-about 4 hours from check in to leaving.
Wait… then wait… and wait some more. Have brought my mom here for each eye. The first appointment we waited in the lobby after checking in for over 2.5 hours. Today we waited over 1.5 hours. So I guess things are improving. Maybe the third eye you get called back in 30 minutes. Doctors may be great but the check in and wait process seems to be designed after the DMV model.
Everyone was very friendly and made me feel comfortable during my catarct surgery!
This is my 3rd appointment here and each time they have had us wait 30-45 minutes before calling us to be seen. Then we are usually shuffled from one to two other rooms where we wait an additional 20 minutes before being seen again. This seems to be very inefficiently run and the management doesn’t respect the time of the patients at all. Today we had an appointment at 7:30, which we were prompt for, we waited 40 minutes before being called back when there was only 1 other patient signed in ahead of us?
