I would like to sincerely thank the medical staff for their high level of professionalism and attentive care. They let me sit out in the waiting room for 1.5hrs before telling me he hasn’t gone in yet. Handicap door opener buttons don’t work, nor does security get up to assist opening them for patients.
Had litho for kidney stones today.what an amazing facility. From Amy (the best) pre op nurse. Barbara op nurse Jenn Paul Dr Watson. Such professional and friendly. I definitely recommend this medical establishment is outstanding
Everyone on the staff was wonderful! All very friendly and made the process very easy and pleasant.
Don’t use this place. Somewhere along the way they messed up my husband’s name during his colonoscopy. We can’t get the results from Dianon/LabCorp because the names don’t match. It’s a disaster fixing it with the insurance company. No one takes responsibility, they all say it’s not their fault. This is how malpractice starts. Reporting to the state. They should be ashamed charging what they charge for results you can’t trust.
