Super long wait times
I had a T&A surgery done yesterday, and I was genuinely terrified. My last time getting anesthesia was as a child and it was severely traumatizing, I was even considering not going in for the procedure. However, the staff put me completely at ease. I didn’t even mention my trauma, and they were still so compassionate. Debbie and Lacey were amazing nurses, and Debbie knows how to place a damn good IV. From start to finish, I was truly impressed by the absolute professionalism of the staff and doctors at the Hamilton Surgical Center. From the front desk reception to all of the nurses and aides, my experience was nothing short of amazing. I felt truly cared for. Dr Angana Shah, MD is a remarkable eye surgeon as well! She truly cares about her patient's health and well-being. I completed two separate cataract surgeries with her and couldn't be more pleased! I highly recommend this facility for top-notch patient care!
Really good sticks with the IV!! Staff and doctors work well with each other. My boyfriend was updated every time. No one likes surgery but this place made you feel your in good hands. Front desk and register was awesome. Thanks for making my experience as comfortable as possible.
