Miles away I was on vacation when my appendix decided it needed to come out. I met Dr Xu in the ER and he had such a calming presence. He gave me all the information I needed and answered all my questions with assurance and wisdom. A few days after surgery I needed to head back home. Surgery here a bad experience!
Ok I have had anal abscess two the first time and one the second and now I'm dealing with another one. They haven't done anything to help me get rid of it. And all they keep telling me is that if it comes back to come back and we'll take care of it. Well that was two times ago and still having to deal with the abscess. So I'm going to Greeneville because these want nothing but your money and don't want to do anything to help you.
I just recently had gallbladder surgery. Dr. Crawford was my surgeon. He and his Wonderful office staff were amazon . The office staff were so nice and Dr. Crawford has a wonderful and caring bedside manner. I’m new to this area and didn’t know any of the doctors. I came from a hospital where I worked MedSurg for 19 years. I was very scared not knowing any of the surgeons. I’m very blessed, I had a great one. Thank you all for the great care. Very knowledgeable Dr's. Very little wait time. In and out fairly quickly. Will continue to use this place as my son needs services from them.
