I had to get my gallbladder removed ASAP due to insurance and the academic semester starting. The office staff was very accommodating in this regard and got me in to see Dr. Ashworth for my consultation and the surgery itself very quickly. Dr. Ashworth is very, very nice! He took the time to explain everything and how the surgery was going to happen, and he even recommended a really interesting book to me! I felt 100% positive going into the operation, and I hope everyone has a pleasant experience with them just as I did.
Same complaint...they never answer the phone. I was referred by the VA for gallbladder removal yet Dr Meyer wanted to use StDavid Hospital who I had already stated my displeasure with. He said they offered more advanced technilogical machinery yet when I requested to keep my organ he was to remove, the hospital said no. I want to SEE what's taken out of my body and I want a video to watch how it's done! It's my body, it's my right to witness the procedure!!!
No one answers calls. Left couple of messages, no return calls. During open hours phone goes to message stating that office is closed. And this is just the beginning of working with them
