I would advise anyone thinking of using Surgical Associates for any reason, to think twice. Six months ago I was charged $400.00, on the day of my office visit, for a procedure that was covered by Medicare. Surgical Associates collected the full payment from me, then later accepted payments from my Medicare as well as my supplemental insurance company for the same procedure.
