I am so pleased at the treatment my mom received at Surgical Arts Center. This place was very clean and quiet. The front desk staff and pre-op / post op nurses were amazing. I would highly recommend Surgical Arts Center to anyone. Thank you for taking such great care of my mom!
Horrible experience! When I asked the nurse if I could give my wedding rings to my husband in the waiting room she said no. She said she was putting them in an envelope sealed with my patient sticker where they would be "secure". That was the LAST time I saw my wedding ring. I never even opened the envelope. My engagement ring fell out in front of me and I have no idea what happened to my wedding ring. When I went back numerous times to talk to the receptionist and manager, but they were apathetic.
