I am in need of a double hernia repair. I made an appointment and went to the office to meet with Dr Weinstein. That went well. I scheduled my surgery and follow-up appointment. I found out that he is no longer on my plan, so I called and left messages for someone to call me back- I heard great things about him and was curious how much it would cost me out-of-pocket for him to do the surgery. La persona que contesta el telefono grita y tiene mala actitud, luego ella no entiende Los q que uno habla ni en ingles o ni español sinembargo es bilingue, en fin que ella tiene 0 ganas de trabajar, intente mantener la calma pero ella siguio hablando gritando y haciendo que repitiera la misma pregunta varias veces, no saben a que van sus propios paciente totalmente perdida y mal educada. The woman at the front office window is the rudest, most condescending individual that I have ever encountered. She is the 1st impression and definitely an awful one. She was rude to every patient that walked up to the window. It’s tough to want to be a patient here when you have to deal with her upon every visit. Terrible customer service.
Great bedside manner and surgery team at Westside in Plantation, Florida
3 stars for doctor only. Staff was rude, unprofessional, not cooperative. Staff gave hard time to reach out doctor.
