I've been a patient for over ten years and truly respect their professionalism. But it's more than that, right? Everyone in the office seems to truly care about you, kinda like a family will. They can be serious when it matters and funny and goofy too. They work very hard to make you feel comfortable and to bring out your best smile regardless of how much you abuse it and, they succeed.
