They did not get proper approval for my surgery before I had the surgery and now they are holding me accountable for the almost $8,000.00. I have GREAT insurance and all they had to do was tell me insurance wasn't wanting to pay and we would have waited. But I wasn't told about my insurance not wanting to pay untill 2 weeks after my surgery when I was told they hadn't asked insurance for approval UNTIL a week after I had surgery. Don"t use them.
